Draft Bentham Masterplan			An opportunity for Members to review the Draft Bentham Masterplan and provide feedback.
Verbal Update on the Development of Rail Services within the Skipton and Ripon Constituency Area			An opportunity for Members to discuss the development of rail links in the constituency with Graham North, Rail Strategy and Performance Officer.
